About The Course
Stories are everywhere. In the books we read, the conversations we have, the films we watch, the interviews we hear. They are embedded deep inside of us and a good story resonates on so many levels. Children particularly love stories, the ones they hear for the first time and the ones they love and want to hear again and again.
Each module consists of a combination of online and applied learning. This is to ensure that, when you have completed the course, you should have the confidence and capability to apply the techniques and methods you have learned directly into your teaching and in doing so enhance the learning experience of your pupils.
Digital Storytelling is a great tool for engaging children and for bringing ICT into the class. In this course, you will learn how to capture, create, craft and share stories on your tablets and smartphones using podcasts, videos and simple animation. Designed by educators for educators!
