Workshop Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked, we consider this booking to be a firm commitment by you for Createschool to attend your school / venue on the specified dates & times.

We have established the following policy in case of cancellations. Workshops may be cancelled or amended up to 4 weeks prior to start date of the workshop without any charge other than the non refundable deposit.

• Workshop cancellation or amendments within 4 weeks of the agreed starting date need to be notified in writing .

• In the event of a cancellation within this time then the school will be charged the cancellation fee (50% of agreed total).

• Workshop cancellation or amendments within 2 weeks of the agreed starting date need to be notified in writing .

• The school will be charged the cancellation fee (100% of agreed total).

• The school must reimburse Createschool within 30 days of the date of written notice.
